Our C2C Hourly Rate

At ScriptForge, we believe in full transparency when it comes to pricing. Whether you’re engaging us on a Corp-to-Corp (C2C) basis or hiring one of our engineers for a freelance engagement, the same hourly structure applies.

Standard C2C / Freelance Rate

  • Software development projects

  • Cloud & DevOps engineering support

  • Data engineering, analytics, and machine learning work

  • Application maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements

Engagement Terms

  • Invoices issued bi-weekly or monthly, depending on contract terms.

  • Payments accepted via bank transfer, corporate payment platforms, or freelance marketplaces.

Long-term contracts or high-volume commitments may qualify for discounted rates.


C2C / Freelance Rate Disclosure

ScriptForge Inc. (“ScriptForge”) provides software development, engineering, and consulting services on a Corp-to-Corp (C2C) and freelance basis.

  • Our standard rate is $[X] CAD per hour, exclusive of applicable taxes.

  • This rate applies uniformly to all service categories, including development, DevOps, data engineering, consulting, and support.

  • Engagements are billed on an hourly basis, with time tracked and recorded in good faith.

  • Invoicing will occur bi-weekly or monthly, subject to the terms of the specific agreement.

  • Payment is due within [Net 15 / Net 30] days of invoice issuance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • ScriptForge reserves the right to review and adjust rates periodically; any such adjustment will be communicated in writing at least 30 days prior to taking effect.

By engaging ScriptForge on a C2C or freelance basis, the client acknowledges and accepts the above hourly rate terms.
